Tech Tip Tuesday #13

Today's Tip:
Try some of these tips to collaborate like a pro with Google Docs!
  • Jump to the location of a collaborator's cursor in a Google Doc by clicking their profile icon in the top right corner.
  • Leave a comment by highlighting any text and clicking the comments button to the right of the text. (It's the button that looks like a speech bubble.)
  • See what others have changed by clicking File and selecting "Version history" and "See version history."
  • Switch to Suggesting mode by clicking the pencil in the upper right corner and change from Editing to Suggesting. Any changes you make in Suggesting mode are provisional, the owner and/or other editors of the document may choose to accept or reject each suggestion.
  • Email a message to collaborators, along with an attachment of a document, directly from Google Docs by clicking File and selecting "Email collaborators."
